Legal expert Alex Baker teaches the Civil Rights Complaint Template.
Pretty much every day now I am contacted by someone who has been screwed over in the court system. And they wouldn't even be in the court system unless they were accusing somebody of screwing them over in the real world. Or else that somebody was accusing them. Or, as in most cases, all of the above.
So, not everything that makes you angry is grounds for a lawsuit. Certainly not a Civil Rights lawsuit, which may be your only option when you are injured by something that a government official does to you.
When that happens, you need a Civil Rights attorney. While there are Civil Rights lawyers who might take a case on a contingency basis, or even pro bono, that is very rare. It is not unusual for an attorney to want ten thousand, twenty thousand, fifty thousand dollars. Make up a number.
Most people just can't afford a lawyer, even under normal circumstances, let alone after they have been processed through the meat grinding machine known as the Family Court System.
Today, I'm going to go through a brand new Civil Rights Complaint Template that is being offered for free download by Post Modern Justice Media Project. I will explain the concepts of Civil Rights, and what you need to prove in order to make a Civil Rights claim. I will try to answer any questions you may have.
Remember, I am not a lawyer, and nothing I say is legal advice. This template is for educational purposes only. Use at your own risk. No promises or guarantees are made to you.
